Registration Policy

• The registration fee is required to be paid by credit card at the time of registration.
• Every paper must have at least one paid registration before May 1, 2026 in order to be included in the conference proceedings.
• Authors with multiple papers must pay one registration for each paper.

Refund Policy

• If you are the only author who paid a full registration fee for a paper that has already been included in the proceedings, you cannot ask for a refund.
• Cancellation by May 5, 2026: 50% refund of paid registration fee.
• Cancellation after May 5, 2026: No refund. However, you may substitute another person for your registrationat any time.

Paper Presentation

Every paper must be presented by one of the authors in-person at the conference in order to be included in the IEEE digital library and indexed by the Ei Compendex. This requirement cannot be satisfied by a guest presenter who is not a co-author of the paper; such papers will not be eligible for the digital library or the indexing service. Contact the ISSSR Secretariat with sufficient justification in the event of extraordinary circumstances that would make physical attendance impossible.
