Paper Submission
All papers must conform to the ISSSR conference proceedings format (PDF | Word DOCX | Latex) and Submission Guidelines set in advance by ISSSR 2026 or co-located workshops. They must be in English and in PDF format. Submissions that do not comply with the above instructions will be rejected without review.
Each submission will be reviewed by at least three members of the Program Committee and evaluated on originality, contribution, soundness, presentation and relatedness. The program committee as a whole will make final decisions about which submissions to be accepted for presentation at the conference.
Conference proceedings will be published by the IEEE Conference Publishing Services (CPS). Accepted papers will also be submitted for possible inclusion in the IEEE Xplore and Ei Compendex. In addition, they will appear in Scopus, Google Scholar, and the DBLP database.
Authors of top-quality papers will be invited to submit their extended versions to special issues of selected SCI journals.
